About this program
Matano IT Solutions, the registered trading name of Matano Enterprises LLC, sends text messages to clients and to people who contact us. We use text messaging for:
- Replies to support requests, and updates on the status of an open ticket.
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and service window notifications.
- Ordinary two-way conversation with anyone who reaches out to us.
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from us in any of the following ways:
- You text our business number first.
- You tick the text messaging box on a form at matanoit.com and give us your mobile number.
- You tell us on a call, or in writing, that you would like us to text you.
- You select SMS as your preferred notification method for support or scheduling.
Consent is never a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to text messages to become a client, to get a quote, or to receive support. Choosing email or phone instead changes nothing about the service you get.
When you opt in through a form on this site, we record the date and the exact wording you agreed to, so that your consent can be evidenced if a mobile carrier asks.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting you. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will not text you again unless you opt in again.
You can also email [email protected] and ask us to remove your number, or simply tell us on a call. Opting out of text messages does not affect your service; we will just contact you another way.

Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Your mobile number is used to communicate with you and nothing else. It is not sold, rented, or passed to anyone for their own use. Our full Privacy Policy explains everything we collect and every provider that touches it.
Delivery and carriers
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Because delivery cannot be guaranteed, do not rely on text messaging for anything genuinely urgent. For an emergency, call us.
Text messaging is not a secure channel. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information by text.
Supported carriers
Messaging is supported on the major United States mobile carriers. Support on any individual carrier is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published here, and the date at the top reflects the last change.
