Independent IT Audit
A fixed-price look at your IT, by someone who is not selling you the fix.
An audit of what you actually run, who can reach it, and whether the things you assume are working are working. $395 for a firm under ten people, quoted above that. You get a written report you keep, whoever you use afterwards.
What the audit covers
- What you actually run, and who has access to it.
- Whether multi-factor authentication is enforced, not just available.
- Whether a backup restores: one file confirmed, not a full disaster recovery test. Restoring one file proves the backup is real; claiming more than that would be a promise we could not always keep.
- The email and domain layer, read by a person rather than a scanner.
- What is documented, and what only lives in somebody's head.
What it is not
An audit that also sells the remedy is not independent, so this one does not.
- No remediation, and no changes made to anything.
- No opinion on your contract with your current provider.
- No cost comparison against what you pay today.
If you want the findings fixed, that is a separate conversation and a separate quote, and you are free to take the report to whoever you like.
Sometimes the answer is that your provider is doing fine.
That is a real result and it is the one we hope for. You will have it in writing, which is worth more than a suspicion either way.
If you do move to a managed plan with us, the audit fee is credited in full against the security baseline, so paying for a second opinion does not cost you anything if the second opinion says to change.

What it cannot do is look inside: it cannot know which computer keeps failing, how your staff work, or whether your backup has ever been tested. That is where this audit begins.
