The same page, read by Google and by an AI assistant.
Every page opens with the direct answer to the question it exists for, carries structured data that says who you are and what you do, and is listed in an llms.txt file at the root of the site. So a search engine shows the right result, and an assistant asked "who does this near me" names your business rather than guessing.

Then we look after it.
A site is not finished when it launches. Domains expire, platforms need patching, and the phone number on the contact page goes stale. A care plan is the part that keeps the site true.

Care is the plan for a site we didn't build, on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or anything else: we log in and make the edits, run updates and backups where the platform allows, and what you've paid on Care credits toward a rebuild with us.

Care, for a site we didn't build
WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or anything else. We log in and make the edits, run updates and backups where the platform allows, monitor the site, and cover up to an hour of edits a month. If you later rebuild with us, what you've paid on Care credits toward the build.
Every plan is month to month and you can cancel at any time. The domain is registered in your name from day one, and if you ever leave you get the full site files.

We look after it
A care plan keeps it monitored, patched and backed up, and turns "can you change the hours on the site" into a message rather than a project.
Questions
What people ask before they start.
Am I locked in?
No. A build is a one-time price and does not need a care plan to go live. The care plans are month to month and you can cancel at any time. Annual terms are available if you'd rather have one invoice a year, but nothing requires it.
Who owns the domain?
You do, from the first day. We register it in your name and pass the registration cost through at what the registrar charges. It's yours before, during and after working with us, and no site of yours ever lives in an account only we can open.
What happens if I leave?
You take what's yours: the domain, which is already in your name, and a complete copy of the site files. No exit fee and no site held hostage. If you were on Care for a site we didn't build, there's nothing to hand over because we never held it.
Can I buy just part of this?
Yes. Buy a build without a plan, put a site we didn't build on Care, or add a page, a blog or a second language to something that already exists. Each piece is priced on its own, and you pick the ones you need. A build on its own does not include logo design, e-commerce, booking beyond a link, photography or ongoing edits: the first four are add-ons, quoted with the build, and edits after launch are what the monthly plan is for.
How many revisions do I get?
We work with you until launch feels right, within the scope you chose. The back and forth on copy, photos and order is part of the build, not a counted round. Ongoing changes after launch are what the monthly plan is for.
How long does it take?
Five business days for a landing page, counted from the day we have your completed intake, depending on how quickly feedback comes back. A five-page or custom build gets its own date with the quote. The slow part is nearly always the content, so if writing it is the hard bit, say so and we'll draft it with you from the intake.
