IT support for Princeton businesses.
We are based in East Windsor, not Princeton. We make on-site visits to Princeton businesses, and remote support reaches you anywhere.
Where we are
We are in East Windsor. We are not in Princeton.
Plenty of firms put a town in a page title and let you assume there is an office in it. There is not one here, and you should know that before you call rather than after. Our base is East Windsor, and it is the address on our Google listing.
- Almost all of the work is remoteWhich is why where we sit matters less than it sounds. Somebody is looking at the problem in minutes, and that is the same whether you are in Princeton or three counties away.
- We come to Princeton when a job needs handsA switch, a cable run, a machine that will not boot, a new starter's desk. Visits are billed rather than included in the monthly price, at a rate agreed with you before we come out.
- Business IT, for a company and the people in itDay to day support for the systems a business runs on: the accounts, the email, the machines your staff work at, and the backup behind them.
What this actually is
The same managed IT, for a business in Princeton.
There is no separate Princeton service and no separate Princeton price, because inventing one would mean the page was selling something the rest of the site does not. It is the managed IT described on the managed IT page: a help desk anyone in the office can reach, patching and monitoring that happen without being asked, Microsoft 365 run properly, and a backup that has been restored from. That page has the detail; this one exists to answer whether we are near enough to be useful to you.
What it costs
One flat price per person, quoted in writing.
It is $95 to $165 per person per month, depending on which of the three plans you are on, with a five-person minimum. A firm of one to four has Solo Care at $125 per person, with no minimum; a managed plan starts at $475 a month. Every quote follows a 15-minute review, and the price does not change because you are in one town rather than another. The full pricing shape is on the managed IT page.
Questions
What Princeton businesses ask first.
Do you have an office in Princeton?
No. We are based in East Windsor and we have not opened a Princeton office. We visit Princeton businesses on site, and the rest of the work is remote.
Does being in another town change the service?
Not for the remote part, which is nearly all of it: a request is tracked and answered the same way wherever you are. The part that changes is a visit, which is billed rather than included, at a rate agreed with you before we come out.
Do we have to leave our current IT provider?
No. Plenty of this work sits beside an existing provider: a security baseline, a backup that actually restores, an independent reading of what you have. If you do want to move everything across, we coordinate the handover rather than making you do it.
Can we see something before we talk to anybody?
Yes. Put your domain into the check above and you get a reading of your email authentication, your website and how you show up, in about fifteen seconds. No account, no card, and the report is yours to keep whether or not you ever call us.
