What this actually is
One service, and Trenton is inside it.

It is $95 to $165 per person per month, depending on which of the three plans you are on, with a five-person minimum. A firm of one to four has Solo Care at $125 per person, with no minimum; a managed plan starts at $475 a month. Do you have an office in Trenton?
No. East Windsor is where we work from and it is the only place we work from. Trenton offices get visits when a job needs hands, and the rest is remote.
Will we be behind your closer clients?
No, because requests are not ordered by distance. They are tracked and picked up as they arrive, and almost all of them are answered without anybody leaving the office. Distance only shows up in a visit, which is billed separately and agreed with you before we come out.
Do we have to leave our current IT provider?
No. Plenty of this work sits beside an existing provider: a security baseline, a backup that actually restores, an independent reading of what you have. If you do want to move everything across, we coordinate the handover rather than making you do it.
